Software experience across
retail operations.

Our retail and e-commerce industry experience covers the product, stock, price, order, payment, shipping and return records shared by customer channels and internal operations.

Behind the storefront

What the customer sees must match the records behind it.

The difficult part is keeping stock, prices, campaigns, payments, shipments and returns correct across every place they change. We build the customer screens, management panel and integrations around those records.

Catalogue and product variants

Categories, variants, product content and images are managed in one place and shown consistently on web and mobile.

Price, discount and campaign rules

Prices and discounts can change by customer group, channel, payment method or campaign, with the applicable rule kept visible to the team.

Stock across sales channels

Web, mobile and marketplace stock is updated from the agreed source to reduce the risk of overselling when availability is limited.

Order and payment flow

Successful, failed and pending payments are matched to the correct order. Cancellation and refund steps are included in the same status flow.

Shipping and returns

Shipment records, tracking codes, delivery statuses and return requests can be exchanged with the services used by the operation.

Marketplace, ERP and payment integrations

Product, stock, price and order records move between systems through APIs or scheduled feeds, with failed transfers visible for follow-up.

Project experience

The work that continues after checkout

Our experience is not limited to shop interfaces. We have also worked on payment, digital delivery, marketplace feeds and the web panels used by internal teams.

01

Selling digital products

We built a system where purchased files are added to the customer account and remain available under the access rules of the product.

02

Keeping channels in sync

We have worked with product feeds, marketplace connections and payment providers where a change in one system must reach another.

03

Web, mobile and the management panel

Customer screens and internal tools use the same product and order records, but each is designed for the job being done there.

Existing products for common commerce needs

These products cover subscription management, digital delivery, dealer pricing and a standard online sales flow. They can be reviewed before deciding whether the project needs a new build.

Common questions

Retail & E-Commerce

Yes. Both channels can use the same backend records for products, customers and orders. Channel-specific screens remain separate, but stock and order states should come from one agreed source.

Usually, yes. We review the provider’s API, payment return and notification flow, instalment rules if applicable, and how cancellations and refunds are handled. We then connect these steps to the order statuses used by your operation.

First, we decide which system owns the stock record. Updates are then sent by API, event or scheduled feed. Failed transfers are logged and retried so the team can see which products are out of sync.
