Product screens
The web panel keeps customer, sales, work-order and team data together. Connected mobile apps carry each user’s assigned workflow into the field.
Product scope
For field sales, RastCRM covers customers, contacts, opportunities, quotations, activities and visits. For field service, it connects customer records with work orders, technician planning, mobile execution and reporting. A CRM organizes customer and sales relationships; field service management software (FSM) runs field jobs. RastCRM connects both for sales, technical service, installation, maintenance and other mobile teams.
