Courier & Driver Applications
Couriers and drivers see assigned jobs, addresses, delivery notes and required actions, then update each stop from the field.
Our logistics software development work connects courier and driver applications, dispatch management, delivery tracking, route and job workflows, proof of delivery and the systems that supply order data. We build the mobile, web and backend components around the way your logistics or delivery operation actually runs.
Logistics software capabilities
A logistics platform must do more than mark a shipment as delivered. It needs clear assignments, route and stop data, exception handling, proof of delivery, reliable offline behavior and controlled data exchange with warehouse, ERP or order systems.
Couriers and drivers see assigned jobs, addresses, delivery notes and required actions, then update each stop from the field.
Operations teams assign and reassign jobs, balance workloads and follow delayed, failed or completed stops from a web panel.
Permitted location updates and operational statuses give the office a current view without forcing continuous tracking where it is not needed.
A completed delivery can include a signature, photo, note, time and location, depending on what the operation needs to retain.
Stops, service windows, priorities and reattempt rules can be organized around the planning method used by the operation.
Orders can arrive from ERP, CRM, WMS or another API, and delivery results can return without duplicate manual entry.
Downloaded jobs remain available when connectivity drops. Updates wait securely on the device and synchronize when the courier reconnects.
Project experience
The courier app and the operations panel have different users, but a status changed on one side must be understood immediately on the other.
The mobile app keeps assigned jobs, stop details, status changes and delivery records close to the courier.
The web panel shows which jobs are waiting, on the road, delayed, failed or completed, with the courier responsible for each one.
The backend keeps mobile updates, dispatch decisions and order-system records in sync.

Yes. For Microsoft-based operations, our Dynamics 365 and Dataverse Integration service connects selected customer, order and task data to the mobile app and operations panel. Teams that need a separate customer and operations system can also review RastCRM.
They can, but delivery and technician work should not be forced into the same status list. The Technician Application is intended for work orders, installation, maintenance and service records; shared customers, users and reporting can still be connected at the backend.
Yes, for the steps agreed for offline use. Jobs that must remain on the device, actions waiting to be sent and possible duplicate or conflicting updates need clear rules before development starts.
