Yes. Most consultancy work is done with an existing product or engineering team. We use the team’s repository, issue tracker and delivery process instead of introducing a separate workflow for the sake of consultancy.
Yes. A focused code review, performance investigation, version upgrade plan or production issue can be handled as a short engagement. If the work is larger, we define the next stage after the first review.
We can sign an NDA and work with the minimum access required for the task. Repository, log and environment access are agreed with your team before the technical review starts.
